About the project
Since 2006, Latvia has been part of the international “Heritage on a coin” project — the world’s largest souvenir coin collection network, involving more than 40 countries.
The project was created and is implemented by the Belgian mint Mauquoy Token Company.
About the coins
The souvenir coins are minted from a high-quality copper, nickel and zinc alloy in silver or gold colour.
